Up in Your Grill competition barbecue team is based out of Merrimack, NH, USA.  The team competes in Northeast Barbecue Society (NEBS) and Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) events throughout the northeast United States. 

The Grill Man Dan  jumped in on a NEBS event in Brookline, NH.  and a second place finish for people’s choice wings was enough to hook The Grill Man on competition barbecue forever.  The Grill Man is also a certified KCBS judge and judges a couple events every year in a blatant attempt to steal barbecue secrets from other competitors.

Up in Your Grill had continued success at numerous competitions for several years and won many awards. 

Grillman Dan is now focused on delivery the Food Truck Experience and only occationally competes when time permits.
